Refund & Cancellation Policy

The One-Person Agency is a digital product delivered instantly after payment. Because the files can be downloaded and kept immediately, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or cancellations once a purchase is complete, except in the cases below.

When we will help or refund

• Download problems: if your link doesn't work or a file is corrupted, email us and we'll send a working link.
• Duplicate payment: if you were charged twice for the same order, we'll refund the duplicate in full.
• Failed delivery: if money was debited but you never received the product and we can't deliver it, we'll refund you in full.

How to request

Email [support email] within 7 days of purchase with your payment ID (shown in your email and Razorpay receipt). We reply within 2 working days.

Refund timelines

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take additional time to reflect it.
