These terms apply to purchases of “The One-Person Agency” ebook and toolkit (the “Product”) sold on this website by [Your legal/business name] (“we”, “us”). By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

1. The Product

The Product is a digital download: a PDF ebook and editable template files delivered as a ZIP file. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Payment and delivery

Prices are in Indian Rupees and are charged once. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we do not store your card or bank details. After a successful payment you will be shown a download link and receive it by email, usually within minutes. Download links are valid for 7 days.

3. Licence

You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Product for your own business, including adapting the templates for your clients. You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute the ebook or the toolkit files, in whole or in part.

4. No guarantee of results

The Product is educational. Results depend on your skills, market and effort; we do not guarantee any income or business outcome. Income figures and price ranges are illustrative.

5. Not professional advice

Content about taxes, GST, TDS, contracts and compliance is general information, not legal, tax or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional for your situation. The client agreement template should be reviewed by a lawyer for significant projects.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
